Founder

Sriranjan Seshadri

Sriranjan holds 17+ years of experience in private equity and financial services in India.  Prior to founding Last Mile Ventures, Sriranjan spent 12 years in mid-market private equity firms Gaja Capital and JM Financial Investment Managers, focused on investments in financial services, automotive, business outsourcing and consumer services.  Previously, Sriranjan spent five years in ICICI Bank and Reliance Capital, focused on technology and strategy.  Sriranjan holds a diploma in management from IIM(Ahmedabad) and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University.

Technology
Hirak Mukherjee

Hirak holds 27+ years of leadership and entrepreneurship,  technology consulting, sales, and general management experience in India and the Asia Pacific region, with firms such as IBM and Quinnox Consultancy Services.  His work spans digital transformation, machine learning & AI, and financial engineering. His current interests include the application of deep technology in financial services, quantitative and mathematical modeling of financial markets and quantum computing. Hirak attended Presidency College of Calcutta where he studied Physics and later completed his Master's program from Said Business School in Oxford and HEC in Paris.

Nagaraj GN

Nagaraj is a C level business-technology leader and entrepreneur, with 25+ years of rich experience in hands-on development and implementation of technology strategies and initiatives for the next generation banks and financial services companies.  Along with Hirak, Nagaraj is the co-founder of Bamboo Systems, LLC.  Previously, Nagaraj was the group CTO in InterGlobe Enterprises, Religare Enterprises, Reliance Money and has held technology leadership roles in Novell India, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Ltd.   Nagaraj holds a degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University.
